Janice E. Roberg is the founder and principal owner of Roberg Tax Solutions, LLC.  Jan and her team bring many years of experience helping hundreds of business owners and individuals each year to plan tax strategies and prepare taxes.  Jan is an Enrolled Agent and a member of NAEA , the National Association of Enrolled Agents, qualified to directly represent her clients with the IRS.In addition to her tax expertise, Jan has a degree in Economics and Business from Macalester College and has worked directly in small businesses, primarily with Real Estate Investment and Property Management firms.  She has been a resident of Maryland Heights for over 15 years, and has served in various roles in the local community including PTO President and Girl Scout neighborhood chair.  She is married and the mother of  two children (and understands the challenges of planning and funding college education.)

William Stevens (Bill) is retired from the United States Navy and is currently attending classes at USML to complete his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting.  He enjoys learning and is currently preparing for the Enrolled Agent exam.  With several years of investment experience, Bill is our point man on investment income issues. 

Bill is married to an elementary school teacher and they are active in the community.  During the off-season, Bill maintains a small farm in Missouri.
